This website is operated by Kavora Home, based in Simi Valley, California, United States.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order with us.

PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

Kavora Home is a retailer. We curate and sell furniture, rugs, lighting and home accessories produced by our manufacturing partners and sold under our own name. We do not operate our own factories. We work to describe products accurately and to display colors faithfully, but screens vary, natural materials vary between production runs, and stated dimensions may vary slightly.

PRICING

All prices are shown in United States Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Where a comparison or regular price is displayed, it reflects the manufacturer's suggested retail price or a price previously offered by us. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with no minimum order value and no additional fees added at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, and we will contact you before doing so.

PROMOTIONS

Promotional pricing, discount codes and sale events apply only for the period stated and only to the products indicated. Any advertised end date is the date the promotion ends.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and charge your payment method. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, an error in pricing or description, or a suspected fraudulent transaction. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping terms, processing times and delivery expectations are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide at checkout.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment information is collected over an encrypted connection and processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content for a competing commercial purpose, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.

Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
